The S.T. Dupont Ligne 2 lighter, an evolution of the Ligne 1 collection launched in the 1960s,
is the result of a collaboration with jeweler Jean Dinh Van, and they combine a refined appearance with truly exemplary practicality.
Their rectangular shape is capable of winning over all generations, just as their understated lines help make them timeless objects.
Finally, their harmonious measurements make it easy to slip them into pockets without deforming the worn garment.
Each Ligne 2 model features a high-performance ignition system: in fact, a simple rotation of the caster, whether striped or smooth,
is enough to obtain a beautifully high, powerful and balanced yellow soft flame.
The mechanism is then protected by a cap that, when closed, protects against accidental ignition.
Finally, all lighters in the collection are made unmistakable by the well-known “cling” emitted when opened,which has no more secrets for connoisseurs.
This peculiarity is precisely one of the trademarks of the French Maison and testifies to the high-end workmanship
and the exclusive know-how of its craftsmen.
Thanks to small ad hoc gas refills, the models immediately become functional again, and the same goes for the rhinestone,
really easy to replace when needed.
